Overview
LootKeep gives Patreon creators one permanent link per reward pack. You upload files, map them to your Patreon tiers, and share a link. Your fans sign in with Patreon and download what their tier (or a manual grant from you) unlocks. By using LootKeep you agree to these terms.
LootKeep is operated by Antonio Laguna Matías, trading as LootKeep, a sole trader (autónomo) based in Spain.
The free trial
Every new account starts with a 60-day free trial. No card required. During the trial your packs are fully live: fans can sign in and download exactly as they would on a paid plan. We'll email you before the trial ends so nothing is a surprise.
If billing lapses
If your trial ends without a plan, or a paid subscription is cancelled, your account winds down on a clear, predictable schedule rather than vanishing. We send warning emails ahead of each step.
After a trial ends (counting from signup):
- Day 60: your account is frozen. Existing packs stay live, but you can't upload new files.
- Day 74: your pack links are disabled. Fans see a "creator paused" page; nothing is deleted.
- Day 90: stored files are purged. Your account and pack settings are kept so you can pick up where you left off if you return.
After cancelling a paid plan, the same wind-down runs from the end of your paid period: frozen immediately, links disabled 14 days later, files purged 30 days after that. Re-subscribe any time before the purge and everything comes straight back.
Storage & limits
Each plan includes a storage quota; everything else (packs, fans, downloads, bandwidth) is unlimited. A viral pack never costs you more. Single uploads are capped at 5 GB per file in this version. We may suspend accounts that abuse storage to host content unrelated to Patreon rewards.
Acceptable use
LootKeep is for delivering your own Patreon reward files. Don't upload content you don't have the rights to, anything illegal, malware, or material that violates Patreon's own rules. Don't use LootKeep as a generic file host or CDN for traffic unrelated to your rewards. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Billing & VAT
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, who acts as our merchant of record, and you check out through Link, Stripe's secure checkout. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* LOOTKEEP, and receipts and renewal emails come from Link on our behalf. EU VAT is calculated and applied at the correct rate for your country on every invoice. Prices are in euros and exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. Yearly billing saves two months.
Your payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored by LootKeep. We only keep the plan you're on and the billing records we're legally required to retain.
Cancellation & export
Cancel any time. Your packs stay live through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you can export your files whenever you like. We don't hold your loot hostage and we don't add cancellation friction.
