Who handles payments
Paddle is the Merchant of Record (the authorised reseller) for every LootKeep purchase. That means Paddle handles billing, tax, and refunds on our behalf. When you buy a plan, your contract for payment is with Paddle, and refunds are issued by Paddle.
Free trial
Every LootKeep plan includes a 60-day free trial with no card required. We want you to evaluate the service fully before any charge is made, so take your time and make sure LootKeep is right for you before you pay.
Subscriptions
Because the free trial lets you evaluate LootKeep before paying, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billed, except where a refund is required by applicable law (see Your statutory rights below).
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for; we don't provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a current period.
Your statutory rights
If you're a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal, you may be entitled to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. Where you begin using the service during that period and have agreed to immediate access, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under consumer protection law.
How to request a refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refund requests are handled by Paddle. Submit a request through Paddle's buyer support at https://paddle.net, or email us at [email protected] and we'll help. Where granted, refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 14 days.
